All non-degree students must complete a non-degree application for EACH semester before they may register.

To enroll in non-degree courses, you must complete the Online Application Form. You will receive a confirmation email that your application was submitted successfully.

Your application will be processed in the order in which it was received; you will receive an email about the status of your application (check your SPAM folder). If you do not receive a status email after seven business days, you may check the status of your application by calling One Stop Student Services at (860) 486-1111 or by emailing onestop@uconn.edu.

Applications may take up to seven business days to process. Applicants are encouraged to submit their application as early as possible once the application opens so that they can register for classes as soon as possible. Applications for non-degree coursework close the Friday before classes begin for each session.

Once your application is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions on registration.

Students enrolled in the non-degree program are not eligible for federal or institutional financial aid. However, private/alternative loans may be an option. You can learn more about private/alternative loans on the Office of Student Financial Aid Services webpage.
